DTU International Partnerships is looking for a student assistant who takes responsibility for tasks, follows up with stakeholders, and ensures activities are carried out as planned. You will work closely together with DTU’s EuroTeQ coordinator and the cross-organisational EuroTeQ @ DTU working group. Your main task is to promote EuroTeQ’s educational offerings among DTU students.

The job
As DTU’s first EuroTeQ Ambassador, you will support the EuroTeQ initiative at DTU by assisting with communication, event coordination, and data analysis related to student engagement and EuroTeQ educational offerings. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of EuroTeQ activities. Your role is to assist colleagues in tasks such as:

We are looking for a DTU student who has an interest in international education and preferably experience with international educational activities through EuroTeQ. You demonstrate the following in your work:
You are probably finishing your bachelor level soon or may have started your master level studies.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
Working hours are on average 10-15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc.
Starting date is 1 April 2026 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student, or until 30. October 2027, depending on which occurs first.
You will formally refer to Ulla Høeberg Jørgensen, team lead in Department for Office for Research, Advice and Innovation. On a daily basis, you will refer to DTU’s EuroTeQ coordinator, Dorthe Poulsen MacKay.
Your primary workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Lyngby. Working from home will be possible to some extent.
