DTU Skylab is looking for an experienced Startup Coach & Fintech Ambassador with a strong background in building digital products and platforms across fintech, SaaS, or payment infrastructure, combined with experience in AI-enabled business models. You will join our Startup Coaching Team, coaching early-stage founders on problem framing, validation, and go-to-market readiness, facilitating applied workshops, and supporting DTU students and researchers in turning ideas into scalable digital ventures. In addition, you will contribute to our partnership with Copenhagen Fintech, connecting relevant DTU cases and founders to activities and opportunities in the fintech ecosystem. As part of this collaboration, you will work 1–2 days per week from the Copenhagen Fintech Lab on Christianshavn.

Your weekly presence at the Copenhagen Fintech Lab will be 1–2 days per week, depending on activity needs.

Who Are We?
DTU Skylab is the innovation hub of DTU, a vibrant community supporting diverse activities such as curricular courses, company collaborations, and startup programs. Since 2013, Skylab has been an engaging and inclusive learning space with offices, teaching, event facilities, multiple workshops, and laboratories.
We have around 60 employees in three sections, with an informal and caring culture. We can laugh and party whilst also being serious and passionate about what we do. We love our users and talking about the amazing projects in DTU Skylab, from duckweed protein products, airborne windmills, farming snails, intimate health devices, AI robots and digital services.
Salary and appointment terms
Salary and employment terms are according to the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or other relevant agreement.
The position is full-time but limited to 2 years. Desired starting date is 1 April 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
You will refer to the Team Lead of the Startup Coaching Team.
Your workplace will primarily be DTU Lyngby Campus, with 1–2 days per week at the Copenhagen Fintech Lab, Christianshavn.
