Sous Chef – Latin American Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support the kitchen team at our Latin American restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bold flavors, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a strong and motivated team.
Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Help supervise and support the kitchen team during service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
Passion for Latin American cuisine (experience is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
