On behalf of our client, Anticimex Innovation Center, Asgaard Recruitment is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to take ownership of strategically critical device development projects and strengthen project execution across a growing global portfolio.

 The role

As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end IoT hardware development from concept and feasibility to industrialization, launch, and ramp-up. You will be instrumental in strengthening structure, governance, and predictability as Anticimex continues building stronger in-house project capabilities.

You operate at the intersection of R&D, validation, supply chain, production, and external partners, driving scope, timelines, budgets, tollgates, and transparent KPIs across the full development lifecycle.

You will typically lead one to two large-scale projects at a time, coordinating 10–15 FTEs across internal teams and external development and manufacturing partners.

 Your key responsibilities

You will:

• Lead end-to-end IoT device development projects

• Drive planning, scope definition, budgeting, milestones, and governance in a Stage-Gate environment

• Ensure cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, and digital interfaces

• Manage risks, dependencies, and supplier collaboration proactively

• Run steering group reporting with clear KPIs, decision points, and structured change control

You will present decision-ready material to senior leadership and ensure projects deliver on quality, timeline, and budget.

 Who you are

You are an experienced technical project leader with strong authority and executive presence. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and build alignment across stakeholders from engineers to C-level.

You are hands-on in your leadership style and comfortable working directly with engineering teams, thriving in complex environments where physical products must integrate mechanics, electronics, firmware, software, and production seamlessly.

You likely bring:

• 8–10+ years of experience in technical project management

• Experience leading development of physical products (IoT/embedded is a plus)

• Solid understanding of hardware development and industrialization

• Experience working within structured product development models (e.g., Stage-Gate)

• Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills

• Fluency in English

Experience with radio-connected devices, risk management methods (e.g., FMEA), or change management practices is an advantage.
