Drive Global Financial Transformation

As our SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will report to the SAP Finance Manager and take ownership of finance-related activities within our SAP S/4HANA program. You will help define the global template and drive rollout activities across our international organization.

You will join a growing finance team currently consisting of three in-house colleagues and several external consultants. As a crucial resource, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across ABENA companies, guided by our ONE ABENA Strategy, and leverage SAP S/4HANA’s standard capabilities to streamline and digitalize financial processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and contribute to all FI/CO-related aspects of the SAP S/4HANA template and rollout projects across the organization
• Develop and enhance integrated finance solutions, including third-party applications such as Xsuite and Concur
• Translate business needs and complex regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions that support successful local implementations
• Apply our structured project methodology to ensure transparent and efficient project execution
• Document processes, decisions, and configurations throughout all project phases

Due to our international footprint, primarily within the EU, you should expect up to 25 travel days per year to support rollout activities and ensure successful implementation across our subsidiaries.
