Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Sweden

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Sweden to help grow Grow365.io and connect with ambitious B2B companies across the Swedish market.

At Grow365.io, we build AI-powered software that helps companies find the right leads, understand their target audiences, automate outreach, and create more relevant sales conversations — faster and more efficiently.

As our SDR for Sweden, you’ll play an important role in our growth journey. You’ll use phone, email, LinkedIn, and our own platform, Grow365.io, to identify, contact, and engage new potential customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating new sales opportunities in the Swedish market
• Reaching out to and engaging potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and Grow365.io
• Qualifying leads and booking relevant meetings for the sales process
• Hosting introductory meetings with new potential customers
• Testing and improving outreach messages so we continuously learn what works
• Sharing market feedback to help us improve our sales approach and product in the right direction

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Enjoys reaching out to new people and starting meaningful conversations
• Thrives with responsibility, pace, and a varied workday
• Is curious about AI, sales technology, and B2B growth
• Is structured, persistent, and motivated by creating results
