About the Role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status
Assist in planning sales meetings and presentations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes
Qualifications
Experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
