We focus on quality, authenticity, and a warm dining experience. The kitchen is open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a manageable and well-defined à la carte menu.

About the Position

Ristorante Sale e Pepe is looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager for a full-time position.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring a high standard of service and quality. The role also requires active participation in daily service as a waiter.
