Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant
Plan staff schedules and assign daily tasks
Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
Work closely with the kitchen team on daily operations
Handle ordering of goods and inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Train and develop team members
Qualifications
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or similar setting
Strong teamwork skills and a structured approach to work
Responsible and service-minded
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English
