We are seeking a Skilled Proactive and long-term committed Receptionist who will be a part of our Team with full ability to serve our Guest and service mindset personality.

Are you experienced and passionate person with a network in service sector or in hospitality sector? Then it might be YOU who we are looking for. In the job as a receptionist, you will become part of our Team as a responsible person to handle the night works and to guard the building.

We are looking for our new Team Member to join us with the following Competencies:

·         You are passionate about service.

·         You must have experience in a service profession, preferably from a hotel, restaurant or similar sector.

·          You speak and Understand English at an advanced level. We are targeting to Indian guests, so preferred language spoken Hindi/Urdu.

·         You have knowledge with Ms. excel and additional plus if you are trained MEWS hotel system user.

           Tasks:

·         Provide Welcoming, happy and down-to-earth service to our Guests.

·         Check In/Check out of our Guests

·         Reservations of both Individual and group reservations via mail

·         Telephone service

·         Administration by reviewing arrival/departure lists and follow ups.

·         Upselling of room upgrades and additional sales

·         Invoicing and cash reconciliation

·         Bar sales

As a person, you should be outgoing, Understanding towards cross cultural environment and passionate about the given task.

The position is full time with 37 hours per week and all other beneficials as according to Danish Labor market with Pension Scheme, we hold regular Interviews after this announcement with a target of hiring the deserving candidate by 1^st of April 2026.
