If so, you might be our new Purchasing Coordinator we are looking for at ABENA! 

As a Purchasing Coordinator within our Body Wash and Skin Care category, you play a key role in supporting the team’s global growth and strategy. You ensure stable processes, high data quality, and effective collaboration across the organization. Your role is critical to the success of the team as a whole and requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to navigate the organization at all levels.

Success in this role means enabling the organization in increasing sales activities of our product portfolio. This requires that you understand that great products do not succeed in isolation. Success in this role is created together with your team, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, compliance and our subsidiaries – and you actively engage, challenge the organization to ensure your products perform in real markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage supplier and product master data, including product registration and data quality
• Coordinate closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Center on product and campaign activities
• Support information flow to customers and internal stakeholders across the ABENA Group
• Ensure timely contract renewals and complete supplier and product documentation
• Contribute to quality assurance processes in collaboration with Logistics and suppliers
• Support sourcing and purchasing-related tasks in close cooperation with Global Category Manager and Product Manager

What we hope you bring:

• Relevant commercial or purchasing-related education i.e. Supply chain, procurement or marketing
• Experience from an administrative or coordinator role or similar position, preferably within purchasing, procurement or product management
• Strong data management skills and high attention to details
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with systems and master data
• Experience within SAP as well as Power BI is an advantage
• A strong motivation in creating structure and clarity within a fast‑paced, and at times chaotic, environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a complex organization
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
