We are a 100% organic bakery and café chain specializing in bread, cakes, and coffee. We bake sourdough bread and sweet pastries, serve delicious sandwiches, quality coffee.
Today, we have 36 shops in Denmark and around 600 employees nationwide. Our centralized bakery in Valby means that we have skilled bakers and pastry chefs who supply bread to all our shops 24 hours a day.

Who are you?
We expect that you have experience from similar jobs, as it is essential that you have worked professionally with hygiene and food handling. In addition, it is important that you have knowledge of bread and the underlying techniques in the process.
We expect you to be reliable, thrive in a busy environment, and handle daily challenges with a smile and professionalism – even when things get hectic. At the same time, you should be a team player and contribute to a good working atmosphere among colleagues.
The position
You will become part of a large team with diverse professional skills in bakery, pastry, and Danish pastries. You will take part in our general bakery work and help maintain our high standards of quality – both visually and in taste. We work with sourdough, long fermentation, and we are creating our bread and cakes with love. By this, we mean there are no half-measures – only the best is good enough for our customers in the shops.
