Production Operator in Birkerød – Day-time hours
A 25 minute train-ride from Nørreport St. to Birkerød St. and then a short walk to the office/production area
About Us
We are a Danish company based in North Zealand working with EU-grown hemp and biomaterials that are processed into finished products. We control the full value chain from raw material to final product and are expanding our production facilities.
Our work environment combines structured production with the discipline and teamwork known from professional kitchens.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with experience from restaurants, industrial kitchens, catering production, or similar environments.
You will work hands-on in our production team creating products based on biomaterials. The work includes mixing, dosing, blending, and packaging products according to clear procedures.
The work resembles a professional kitchen setup: people work at defined stations, cleanliness and organisation are essential, and teamwork is key.
What You Will Do
Prepare and produce products by mixing, dosing, blending, and packaging
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Work closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
Follow clear production and hygiene procedures
Your Profile
Experience from restaurants, catering, or industrial kitchens
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in cleanliness, structure, and precision
A good team player who can work at a defined station
Able to communicate in Danish and/or English
Experience with supervising a station or small team is a plus, but not required.
