We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Production Manager to join our production team, specializing in advertising, commercial shoots, and film production. In this role, you will act as the production manager across multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication, cost control, and efficient team management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of advertising shoots, including crews, suppliers, logistics, and production timelines
• Maintain oversight of budgets and ensure cost-effective planning and execution
• Serve as the liaison between creative, technical, and client teams—locally and internationally
• Negotiate and secure the best prices and conditions for services and equipment
• Supervise production processes and resolve any issues that may arise on or off set
• Ensure professional communication and clarity between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Work with a multilingual and multicultural team across borders
• Maintain familiarity with production equipment, workflows, and on-set protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience in film or advertising production management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Danish, Mandarin Chinese, and English is essential
• Solid understanding of production equipment and advertising industry standards
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
