Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in Private Law and Sustainability from
1 July 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The position is a fixed term full-time position for 24 months.
Introduction Sustainability has the potential to become a central driver of societal development. This brings along major legal challenges. This project focuses on responsible supply chains in a contract and tort law perspective. The new regulatory framework may also have liability implications. The project explores these aspects. Research findings will be sought integrated into legal teaching. The project is part of the larger project, JURiB, which is a collaborative, capacity building project across six, Danish participating institutions: KU, SDU, AAU, AU, RUC and CBS, see
