At Vialto Partners, we are currently looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team in Denmark. As Payroll Manager you will work closely with our clients to advise on ensuring compliance between payroll processing and tax regulations. You will get the opportunity to streamline processes and be responsible for all end-to-end payroll deliveries of payroll for your own clients as well as get the opportunity to grow as a people leader.

We offer all employees flexibility and a hybrid working schedule, which allows you to work from home. However, to nurture our existing team spirit, you would ideally work from the office in Aarhus or Copenhagen a few times a week.

 

Duties and key responsibilities

  • Partnering with the current payroll team to understand current and future system and payroll strategy;
  • A drive to improve processing of end-to-end payrolls and reviewing with regards to the relevant legislation independently to our clients;
  • Flagging risks and opportunities that occur in payrolls;
  • Further optimising/automating of the payroll process with our clients;
  • Using technology to further automate the payroll process;
  • Advising clients with regards to all payroll related questions;
  • Preparing offers to potential clients and expanding our market on payroll services.

 

About you

The ideal candidate for this position wants to gain knowledge but also share previous experiences. Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in processing payroll. 
  • Technological understanding: You possess strong technical skills with an understanding of how to optimise processes through technology. 
  • Agility: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering excellence to our clients. 
  • Teamwork: You like working in a team but also able to deliver results independently. 
  • Language: High proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing. 
  • Location: You live in Denmark and are able to work from the office in Copenhagen or Aarhus when needed.
