DTU Skylab is looking for an Operations and Data Coordinator to strengthen our data‑driven setup, drive key processes in the Annual Management Cycle and play a central role in our funding activities – all in close collaboration with management and colleagues across Skylab.

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and appointment terms are in accordance with the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or other relevant collective agreement.
The position is a one‑year fixed‑term contract, and the start date is 15 April 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Operations Team is part of a larger section of around 20 colleagues in total, working with different areas such as communication, event management/support and student innovation. You will refer to the Head of Operations, Peter Munkebo Hussmann.
You will be employed at DTU Skylab, and the workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.
