DTU Skylab is looking for an Operations and Data Coordinator to strengthen our data‑driven setup, drive key processes in the Annual Management Cycle and play a central role in our funding activities – all in close collaboration with management and colleagues across Skylab.

About the role:
As the Operations and Data Coordinator, you will take on a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. You will play a key role in advancing our data‑driven ambitions and be an important partner to the management team in delivering the Annual Management Cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-developing our CRM, Business Intelligence, including data processing
  • Implementing a new IT-platform for our startup program
  • Identifying and co-developing AI-based tools to improve our processes and automate workflows
  • Responsible for executing the Annual Management Cycle processes (Strategic Plan; Budget & Action Plan, Annual Report)
  • Anchor role in the Funding Team with a focus on new applications and the administration/follow-up of existing ones, including contract responsibility

About you:
To be successful in this role, we believe you:

  • Have a relevant education within administration, business intelligence and data analysis 
  • Bring solid experience in management support
  • Have a flair for exploring opportunities for new IT platforms and experience in implementing them
  • Have experience with administrative and operational tasks, preferably from the university world or similar educational institutions. If you have experience from a startup or an innovation hub, it will be an additional advantage
  • Are systematic and good at creating structure
  • Are a strong team player, result-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on creating value, collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Danish
  • Thrive in a busy and dynamic environment where no two days are the same and you engage in collaborations across many teams

Who are we

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and appointment terms are in accordance with the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or other relevant collective agreement.

The position is a one‑year fixed‑term contract, and the start date is 15 April 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The Operations Team is part of a larger section of around 20 colleagues in total, working with different areas such as communication, event management/support and student innovation. You will refer to the Head of Operations, Peter Munkebo Hussmann. 

You will be employed at DTU Skylab, and the workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.
