At FLC, we’re looking for a flexible, proactive Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Copenhagen.

About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

About the department:

You will be part of the administration team with colleagues in Copenhagen and Rødbyhavn. The team values collaboration, adaptability, and mutual support — and we’re looking for someone who shares that spirit. Your ability to stay organized while being flexible will make a real difference in how we work together. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office in Copenhagen, acting as a go-to person for administrative support, coordination, and day-to-day assistance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Booking of flight tickets, ferry, hotel and cars for colleagues who are in mission (Denmark and abroad).
  • Booking of shuttle bus and manage traffic (correspondences with ALBA bus company).
  • Managing department email box (distributing emails to the right person).
  • Handling e-boks (all related).
  • Solemn declaration (pool & company cars), scan-copies and folder.
  • Booking of meeting rooms.
  • Main contact person with reception at Copenhagen office.
  • Monthly reporting regarding accommodation.
  • Ad hoc tasks in the administration
Qualifications:
  • We expect you to have a keen eye for detail, strong communicaiton skills in both Danish and English, and solid experience in supportng both team and management.
  • Office trained, preferably from the construction industry
  • Have broad experience in administrative tasks.
  • You are structured, meticulous, dedicated and able to reflect on your own work processes.
  • You are service-minded, proactive and can work independently.
  • You are a problem solver and ideally you have experience from the industrial or construction industry.
  • You are able to communicate with colleagues and partners in an appropriate, effective and respectful manner.

The FLC staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company. 

FLC offers attractive employment conditions on a Danish contract according to The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven). Pension health insurance and lunch arrangement will be available.
