Are you an experienced production leader with a strong background in people management and food manufacturing standards? We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience and knowing the IFS standard requests, to lead and develop our production team in a dynamic and quality-focused environment.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance with food industry regulations. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high hygiene standards, and fostering a disciplined and collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team

• Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth execution of production plans

• Train and onboard new employees

• Support skill development and competency management within the team

• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement

• Promote a safe, disciplined, and collaborative work environment

• Monitor and optimize production flow

• Coordinate maintenance activities with technical teams

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO

• Ensure hygiene and sanitary standards are consistently maintained

• Drive production optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Proven leadership experience in food production is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards)

• Solid understanding of production processes and optimization

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a structured and results-oriented manner

• English (spoken and written)
