About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Campaign Operations Specialist to help bring our marketing campaigns to life across website, email, and our mobile app.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up campaign content and ensuring everything launches smoothly across our digital channels. From homepage banners and email campaigns to in-app content, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience to our members.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys working with digital tools, structured workflows, and collaborating with marketing, CRM, and design teams to execute campaigns seen by thousands of users.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and launch campaigns across website, email, and the mobile app

• Implement campaign content such as website banners, email templates, and in-app content

• Schedule campaigns and ensure they go live at the correct time

• Perform quality checks before campaigns launch (links, content, formatting, targeting)

• Coordinate campaign assets with activation, CRM, and design teams

• Maintain campaign checklists and documentation to ensure smooth execution

• Support testing and optimization of campaign placements and content

• Help troubleshoot issues during campaign launches

Who You Are

• Early in your career or recently graduated in marketing, digital media, business, or a similar field

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• A team player who enjoys collaborating across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS systems, email platforms, or marketing automation tools

• Basic understanding of HTML for email or web content
