For at styrke vores logistikteam hos ALUNITED Denmark A/S søger vi en struktureret og engageret logistikdisponent, som vil få en central rolle i planlægning, koordinering og den daglige drift mellem produktion, logistik og kunder.
Dine ansvarsområder vil være:
Produktionsplanlægning og koordinering for at sikre et effektivt materialeflow og optimal kapacitetsudnyttelse
Koordinering mellem produktion, logistik og shipping for at understøtte den daglige drift
Håndtering af ordreændringer, afkald og afvigelser i tæt samarbejde med kunder
Løbende kundepleje og kommunikation vedrørende leverancer og logistikrelaterede forhold
Afløsning og support i shippingfunktionen ved fravær
Behandling og opfølgning på logistikreklamationer og afvigelser
Din profil:
Erfaring fra en lignende stilling inden for logistik, produktionsplanlægning eller supply chain, gerne fra en produktionsvirksomhed
Struktureret og detaljeorienteret med evnen til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt
Gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner samt en serviceorienteret tilgang
Erfaring med ERP-systemer; erfaring fra industri eller automotive er en fordel
Behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale; tysk er en fordel

Logistics Coordinator
To strengthen our logistics team at ALUNITED Denmark A/S, we are looking for a structured and committed Logistics Coordinator who will play a key role in planning, coordination and daily operations between production, logistics and customers.
Your area of responsibility:
Production planning and coordination to ensure efficient material flow and optimal capacity utilization
Coordination between production, logistics and shipping to support daily operations
Handling of order changes, cancellations and deviations in close cooperation with customers
Ongoing customer service and communication regarding deliveries and logistics-related matters
Backup support for shipping activities during absences
Handling and follow-up of logistics-related customer complaints and deviations
Your profile:
Experience from a similar position within logistics, production planning or supply chain, preferably from a manufacturing company
Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
Experience with ERP systems; experience from industrial or automotive environments is an advantage
Fluent in English, spoken and written; Danish and/or German is considered an advantage
