Dine primære opgaver

  • Forberedelse og tilberedning af selskabsmenuer

  • Anretning og kvalitetssikring

  • Overholdelse af fødevare- og hygiejneregler

  • Samarbejde med eventteamet under afvikling

Din profil

  • Erfaring som kok (catering/selskabserfaring er en fordel)

  • Struktureret og kvalitetsbevidst

Cook Wanted for Weddings and Events – Mosaik Event ApS

Mosaik Event ApS is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cook to prepare and deliver exceptional culinary experiences for weddings and private events.

About the Position

You will play a key role in the planning, preparation, and execution of events. The position involves working in a dynamic environment where quality, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking banquet and event menus

  • Plating and ensuring the quality of all dishes

  • Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Collaborating closely with the event team during event execution

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Cook (experience in catering or banquet services is an advantage)

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious

  • Flexible regarding working hours (evenings and weekends may be required)

  • Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
