Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to take full responsibility for our kitchen operations. You will play a key role in ensuring food quality, maintaining high hygiene standards, and leading the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

  • Manage and train kitchen staff

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

  • Handle ordering, inventory, and stock control

  • Optimize workflows and reduce food waste

  • Collaborate with management on menu development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

  • Flexible and reliable

  • Able to work Nightshifts/weekend shifts
