Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to take full responsibility for our kitchen operations. You will play a key role in ensuring food quality, maintaining high hygiene standards, and leading the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Manage and train kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Handle ordering, inventory, and stock control
Optimize workflows and reduce food waste
Collaborate with management on menu development
Requirements
Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
Flexible and reliable
Able to work Nightshifts/weekend shifts
