Join Actona Group as our new IT Specialist and take on a role where hands-on IT support meets advanced technical operations and IT security. You will work in a skilled, cross-functional IT team supporting both on‑premises and cloud environments across our global organisation, collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark, China, Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine. In this role, you will play an important part in securing a stable, efficient and future‑ready IT foundation that enables our ongoing digital development.

The role

In this role, you will act as the go‑to person when colleagues need support, whether through phone assistance or hands-on troubleshooting. You will work across hardware, networks, servers, M365 and IT security systems, and you will also participate in projects and technical implementations.

Our organisation aligns with the CIS18 security framework, which will be reflected in your daily work and form the basis for many of your tasks. You will have a high degree of autonomy in how you manage your responsibilities, supported by ongoing sparring from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

In the role, you will take part in a wide range of operational and technical tasks across IT infrastructure, support, automation and security. Your responsibilities include:

• Configuration and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure based on Hyper‑V and Entra ID
• Administration of Entra ID with focus on user and access control
• Automation using PowerShell scripts and Azure Automation
• Administration of users, groups, security groups and policies
• Troubleshooting issues related to accounts, groups and access rights
• Operation and maintenance of network infrastructure
• General IT user support

Your Profile

We are looking for an IT Specialist that thrives in a service‑oriented environment and enjoys helping colleagues by turning complex technical challenges into clear and understandable solutions. You work structured, patient and detail‑focused, and you are motivated by continuous learning and by contributing to the organisation’s digital development.

We imagine that you have a relevant IT education and experience with IT support. It is an advantage if you are familiar with Azure and Active Directory, and experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Intune/Defender and IT security is considered a plus.

Your qualifications also include:

• A relevant IT education such as IT Support Technician or IT Data Technician.
• In‑depth knowledge of Azure services and solutions
• Solid experience with Hyper‑V, server environments and on‑premises Active Directory
• Experience with Active Directory, network infrastructure and PowerShell
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Strong understanding of networks and IT security
• Experience with user and group administration as well as policy management
• Fluency in Danish and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
