Nordic RCC – supporting security of supply and the green energy transition

Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark — to ensure the efficient operation and use of the Nordic power system and high security of power supply at any time.

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to strengthen our Service & Delivery Management function and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery across application and digital initiatives.

You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring well‑governed, transparent delivery aligned with business priorities. Working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders across IT and business, you will act as a stabilising force in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery across one or more development teams

• Ensure structured, predictable delivery aligned with governance and priorities

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating all agile ceremonies and removing impediments

• Monitor and report progress, risks, and dependencies with clear stakeholder insights

• Drive quality, security, and continuous improvement in delivery practices

Requirements: 

• Experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role

• Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid)

• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams in complex IT environments

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills

• Structured, proactive, and calm leadership style
