Head Chef – Latin American Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our Latin American restaurant. This role is for someone who loves bold flavors, high standards, and leading a team with confidence and creativity.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
Develop and execute a Latin American–inspired menu
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
Control food costs, ordering, and inventory
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Collaborate with management on menu development and concepts
Requirements
Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of Latin American cuisine (or deep passion and willingness to master it)
Leadership skills and calm under pressure
Strong organizational and cost-control skills
High standards for cleanliness and food safety
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
