We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Head Chef with experience in Asian cuisine — especially various stir-fried noodle dishes — to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes, with a focus on stir-fried noodles
• Handle ingredient preparation and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Take part in menu development and creation of new dishes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Asian cuisine, especially noodle-based dishes
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
