Hyggelig familie restaurant, stor TakeAway beliggende i det nordlige Aarhus N. Flyttet til nye lokaler med 50 siddepladser og stort åbent køkken.
Vores speciale er det tyrkiske grill-over-kul køkken, kebab, kød på spyd, kolde tapas, pizza, burger m.m.
Arbejdsopgaver
Primære opgaver (faste og gentagende):
• Primært lave tyrkiske specialiteter med kød/spyd som Adana og Urfa fars på spyd
• Tilberedning af tyrkisk fladbrød på special ovnplade
• Forberedelse og klargøring af råvarer til kolde tyrkiske tapas
• Oprydning og rengøring i overensstemmelse med gældende hygiejneregler
Ad hoc-opgaver (evt. supplerende opgaver):
• Generel hjælp i køkkenet og restauranten
Arbejdstid
• Timetal pr. uge: 37 timer
• Arbejdsdage: 5
• Tidsrum: Eftermiddag / Aften / Weekend
• Mødetid: fra kl. 12–20
Krav til kandidaten (skal-krav)
(Forudsætninger for at kunne varetage jobbet)
• Erfaring med tyrkiske spydretter fra grillbar, pizzeria eller lignende er et krav
• Du arbejder struktureret og kan håndtere travle perioder
• Du er mødestabil og fleksibel
• Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og indgå i et mindre team

Friendly Family Restaurant – Large Takeaway in Northern Aarhus (Aarhus N)
We are a welcoming family restaurant with a large takeaway operation located in northern Aarhus. We have recently moved to new premises with seating for 50 guests and a large open kitchen.
Our specialty is Turkish charcoal-grilled cuisine, including kebabs, skewered meats, cold tapas, as well as pizza, burgers, and more.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Tasks (regular and recurring):
• Preparing Turkish specialty meat and skewer dishes such as Adana and Urfa minced meat skewers
• Preparing Turkish flatbread using a specialized oven plate
• Preparing and organizing ingredients for cold Turkish tapas
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen in accordance with current hygiene regulations
Ad hoc Tasks (additional duties when needed):
• Providing general assistance in the kitchen and restaurant
Working Hours
• Weekly hours: 37 hours
• Working days: 5 days per week
• Schedule: Afternoon / Evening / Weekend shifts
• Typical working hours: From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
• Experience preparing Turkish skewer dishes in a grill bar, pizzeria, or similar establishment is required
• Ability to work in a structured manner and handle busy periods
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Interest in becoming part of the restaurant team
