OM Services ApS is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing cleaning company in Copenhagen.
We are seeking a skilled, creative, and responsible candidate who can manage the company’s digital marketing activities, improve online visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen and includes both office-based work and coordination with company operations when needed.
The primary focus of this role is to lead and manage the company’s digital marketing efforts. In addition, the candidate will support selected operational coordination tasks related to the company’s cleaning services and internal team planning.

OM Services ApS is a professional cleaning company based in Kastrup, Copenhagen. We provide cleaning services to clients in and around Copenhagen and focus on quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a committed Digital Marketing Manager who can strengthen our online presence, attract new customers, and support our business development.
Main Responsibilities – Digital Marketing
The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, managing, and improving the company’s digital marketing and online visibility.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing the company’s digital marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing activities
• Working with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve visibility on search engines
• Supporting SMO (Social Media Optimization) and social media growth
• Managing company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar channels
• Creating, planning, and publishing marketing content, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Running digital campaigns to increase company awareness and customer engagement
• Improving company visibility on Google and relevant local online directories
• Supporting online lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
• Monitoring online inquiries and customer engagement across digital channels
• Coordinating online branding and communication activities
• Supporting website content updates or digital communication when required
• Tracking performance of digital campaigns and suggesting improvements
Secondary Operational / Coordination Responsibilities
In addition to the marketing role, the candidate may support selected internal coordination tasks related to the company’s service operations.
These tasks may include:
• Assisting with communication between office and cleaning staff
• Supporting daily planning and task coordination when needed
• Helping maintain service quality through communication and follow-up
• Assisting with scheduling or operational records when relevant
• Coordinating with management regarding client feedback and service updates
Please note that the primary focus of this position is digital marketing and business visibility. Operational support responsibilities are secondary and intended to support internal coordination as needed.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional and motivated candidate who is able to take responsibility for the company’s online marketing presence and contribute actively to business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, independent, and capable of handling both digital tasks and coordination responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience in digital marketing, online branding, or social media management
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and online visibility strategies
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and related tools
• Ability to create marketing content and support promotional campaigns
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Basic to good computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
• Experience in customer communication or online engagement is an advantage
• Experience in cleaning services, operations, or service-based businesses is an advantage, but not mandatory
• English language skills are required
• Danish language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory

• Working hours: 37 hours per week
• Location: Copenhagen (office-based work with possible coordination related to company operations)

Salary
