Hello Chef!
We’re looking for an experienced Chef (for a full-time Chef de Partie or Sous Chef position) to join our Indonesian restaurant in Copenhagen. We’re a small but busy place with a friendly, international team — and we’d love to welcome someone who can start soon.

What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience i the same role
Organized, efficient, and able to keep calm when it’s busy
A strong team player who can also handle sections independently
Comfortable with prep and service in a fast-paced environment
Curious to learn new techniques and flavors
Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
English is required (Danish is a plus)
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, ordering, and stock control
Flexibility to adapt to a changing seasonal menu
Punctuality
Eagerness to master product knowledge
