- Install, maintain, and upgrade backbone fiber optic networks
- Perform fiber splicing (single-mode & multi-mode)
- Conduct OTDR testing and produce accurate documentation
- Work in ducts, manholes, cabinets, and technical rooms
- Read and execute work based on technical drawings and network plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- 2–3 years of proven experience in backbone fiber networks
- Strong splicing and testing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid Category B driving licence (mandatory)
- English communication skills (Danish is a plus)
- EU passport or eligibility for a Danish work permit
- Highly competitive hourly rate, based on experience
