Position: Experienced Chef
Location: Odense, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Chef for one of our clients – a restaurant based in Denmark that focuses on high-quality cuisine, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The restaurant is known for its welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and they are looking for a passionate professional to join their kitchen team.
You will be responsible for:
· Preparing the workstation before service and ensuring everything is ready for the shift,
· Preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes,
· Quality control – ensuring the highest quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes,
· Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment,
· Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations,
· Taking part in regular kitchen inventory and helping with stock control.

Requirements:
· At least 1 year of experience working as a Chef or Cook,
· Communicative knowledge of English – minimum level B1,
· Willingness to move to Denmark,
· Ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environment,
· Openness to new ideas and willingness to contribute to menu development,
· Desire to develop culinary skills,
· Readiness to work on weekends and in the afternoons,
· Creativity, independence, and commitment,
· Driving license category B + own car – is a bonus.
