DO YOU WANT TO HELP US ON OUR MISSION TO MAKE THE WORLD LOVE LIQUORICE?
LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship for gourmet liquorice. Since opening our first store in 2007, we have created exceptional Danish liquorice based on high-quality ingredients and passionate people. Today, we continue our journey to make the world love liquorice – with strong growth across Europe and a clear ambition to build a high-performing and inspiring workplace culture wherever we operate.
To support our continued growth across the Nordic region and the UK, we are now looking for a commercially minded People & Culture Business Partner Nordics & UK based in our HQ, in Hvidovre.

You will act as a trusted sparring partner to Retail Managers, B2B leaders and other managers — challenging, advising and translating business needs into concrete people actions.
This is not a purely administrative HR role. It is a business-facing role with direct impact on performance, engagement and expansion across multiple markets.
You will be part of the global P&C team and report to the Head of People & Culture. You will work closely with local leadership to translate global strategies into effective local execution.

WHO YOU ARE
You have solid experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within retail or multi-site environments
You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how people initiatives drive business performance

You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
You thrive in a dynamic growth environment where structures are still evolving
You are fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage
Most importantly: You enjoy being close to the business. You are comfortable being present in stores, supporting managers on the ground and driving both strategic and operational impact.
WHAT WE OFFER
A key role in a premium brand with strong growth ambitions across the Nordics and UK
Real impact on retail performance and organisational development
High degree of responsibility and autonomy
