As DERU Digital - B2B Marketing Agency is growing, we are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist (Paid Ads for B2B companies) in Copenhagen.

Who are we looking for:

- At least 2 years of experience in managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads

- General use knowledge of tools like Looker Studio, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets

- Organized and detail-oriented, who knows the importance of consistency

- Curious and ready to learn the ins and outs of paid social media marketing

- Copywriting and creative skills are +

What you will be doing:

- Creating and managing campaigns on multiple platforms for various clients (no, you don't get to manage 100 accounts like some other agencies in Denmark make you)

- Monitoring campaign performance and collecting data for analysis.

- Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and new formats based on performance metrics and market trends.

- Various ad hoc tasks

- Last but no least: Working with top B2B brands (Dreamdata, Templafy, Strise, Valimail and more)

All in all, we are looking for someone with both Paid Ads and B2B experience, but don’t let the lack of experience scare you. We are open for candidates who might have less experience, but are ready to learn the ins and outs of our industry.

NOTE: This is an on-site position from our new office at B!ngs with a beautiful view of Copenhagen. However, we do allow WFH to certain extent as well (after 3 month trial).
