Customer Sales Support – Order Fulfilment, Team Lead (F/M/D)

At Freudenberg Flow Technologies – EagleBurgmann KE A/S in Ringkøbing, we are looking for a profile who will play a key operational role in order fulfilment while also coordinating the daily work of our Customer Sales Support team. The role is primarily an order fulfilment position with focus on execution, delivery performance, and cross‑functional coordination.

About the Role

You will be the central point of contact for order execution, ensuring that customer orders are managed seamlessly from order receipt to delivery in close collaboration with Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics.

The team responsibility includes ensuring structure and prioritization within the CSS team, but your primary focus will be on flow, progress, and delivery reliability.

Your tasks include:

·        Ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment for customer orders – from order intake to delivery

·        Coordinating priorities and managing dependencies between sales, planning, production, and logistics

·        Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, capacity conflicts, and changing customer priorities

·        Following up on delivery performance (OTD), backlog, and critical orders

·        Ensuring clear decisions, transparency, and timely clarifications throughout the order flow

·        Supporting standardized workflows and continuous improvements in the order process

·        Coordinating and prioritizing tasks in the CSS team as part of daily operations

 About you

You thrive in a role where order execution, structure, and progress are essential.

·        Have solid experience within order fulfilment, supply chain, or operations in a manufacturing environment

·        Possess strong SAP skills (required)

·        Are used to working with delivery performance, prioritization, and escalations

·        Communicate clearly and can drive progress across functions

·        Have experience with – or naturally take on – a coordinating responsibility for colleagues

·        Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
