Customer Care Representative (German Native Speaker)

The role
You will provide first-line customer support to our German and international customers, mainly via phone and email. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping, you will ensure fast, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Your responsibilities
Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish
Resolve and escalate issues as needed
Guide customers through software installation
Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software
Capture customer feedback and feature requests
Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed
Who you are
Native German speaker and fluent in English
Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology
Customer service experience preferred (technical support not required)
