Brøndby IF is looking for a Creative Producer who can help develop, plan, and deliver creative content across the club. You will act as a key link between content production, the sporting departments, marketing, sales, and external partners - ensuring that great ideas turn into successful productions.

You bring both a creative overview and a practical mindset that ensures productions are executed efficiently and at a consistently high quality.

 

About the role

As a Creative Producer, you will join Brøndby IF’s Content Production department and be responsible for planning and driving content productions from idea to final output. You will work closely with the club’s Video Content Producers and other stakeholders across the organisation, helping to ensure structure, quality, and consistency in the club’s content production.

The role combines creative concept development with planning, project management, and hands-on involvement in productions - including matchdays, where you may support video execution when needed.

 

Your primary responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, formats, and campaigns for Brøndby IF’s own platforms and in collaboration with partners

  • Plan, coordinate, and produce content productions across the club

  • Act as a link between video producers and the rest of the organisation

  • Maintain an overview of productions, timelines, resources, and practical details

  • Prepare pitches and presentations for partners and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute hands-on to filming and editing - including supporting production on matchdays

 

We imagine that you

  • Have experience with content production, creative productions, or media production

  • Have experience planning and managing creative projects

  • Have a strong creative understanding and can turn ideas into concrete concepts

  • Are structured and good at creating overview and clarity

  • Thrive in a coordinating role and as a link between many stakeholders

  • Understand video production and can work hands-on with filming and editing

  • Understand digital platforms and target audiences

 

It’s an advantage (but not a requirement) if you

  • Have experience from the sports, media, or content industry

  • Have experience with partner activations or branded content

  • Have knowledge of football and Brøndby IF

  • Have experience preparing pitches and presentations
