On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical client, HH Consult is looking for 2 Construction Managers to support a major construction project and ensure delivery on time and within budget while representing the client’s interests throughout the construction phases.

Location: On-site, Gentofte, Denmark Start: As soon as possible Duration: 1-2 years Working hours: Full-time  

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the client’s interests on-site throughout the construction process
• Manage and coordinate contractors to ensure on-time project delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed 3-week rolling construction schedules
• Oversee excavation and shell house (concrete works) construction phases
• Monitor project timelines and cost performance on a daily basis
• Perform proactive cost tracking and report issues to the Construction Project Manager
• Facilitate daily toolbox meetings with contractors
• Lead weekly construction meetings according to AB18 templates
• Ensure construction activities follow project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations

Your Profile

• BSc degree or higher in a construction-related field
• Experience with construction management and pharmaceutical construction projects
• Strong expertise in excavation and concrete shell construction phases
• Proven ability to manage contractors in complex construction environments
• Experience with timeline and cost control in budget-constrained projects
• Structured and proactive approach to project execution
• Ability to quickly integrate into an ongoing project and contribute from day one
