Ma Luca Madbar is seeking an experienced and reliable full-time chef to join our professional kitchen team. We are part of a growing restaurant group with approximately 35 employees and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency. Our concept is built around Neapolitan-inspired, wood-fired pizza, complemented by antipasti and fresh pasta dishes.

This role is ideal for a skilled chef who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, experienced with Italian cuisine, and committed to maintaining high standards during every service.

Working hours: 37 hours per week (full-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a wood-fired pizza oven during service
• Prepare pizza dough including mixing, fermentation control, portioning, and daily maintenance • Prepare and plate Italian dishes including pizza, pasta, and antipasti
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times
• Support colleagues during peak service periods
• Participate in cleaning routines, closing procedures, and kitchen organisation

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Documented experience as a chef working with Italian cuisine
• Hands-on experience with wood-fired pizza ovens
• Strong understanding of dough production, hydration, fermentation, and temperature control • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while remaining clean, structured, and calm
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive working attitude
• Good communication skills in English
• Availability for full-time employment including evenings and weekends

Salary and employment terms will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience and will fully comply with applicable Danish collective agreements and labour legislation.
