At Newrest, you’ll be part of a mission to serve fresh, safe, and high-quality meals to airline passengers across the world. Your work helps ensure that every tray served at 30,000 feet meets the highest standards of taste and hygiene.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
•    Prepare ingredients and meals following recipes and menus
•    Organize kitchen workstations and support pre-production and clean-up
•    Cook meats, fish, pasta, side dishes, vegetables, and garnishes
•    Follow various cooking techniques: Roast, steam, grill, fry, and bake
•    Ensure proper pulling of ingredients and stock replenishment
•    Maintain accurate production records and check equipment functionality
•    Ensure food is portioned correctly and presented according to standards
•    Monitor food temperatures and food safety at all times
•    Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines

YOUR PROFILE
•    Teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills
•    Able to understand and execute production menus
•    Physically fit – able to stand for long periods
•    Good command of English (spoken and written)
•    Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
