At Gram Equipment, we are looking for a structured and technically strong Internal Sales Engineer to join our Global Sales team in Kolding.
In this role, you will be at the center of our sales execution process — transforming customer requirements into technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. You will manage tender processes, prepare layouts, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure that our customers receive high-quality solutions delivered on time and at the right price.
As Internal Sales Engineer, you will work closely with Sales Managers, Engineering and Project Managers. You will play a key role in balancing technical feasibility, cost awareness, and delivery timelines — ensuring that every proposal supports both customer satisfaction and business performance.

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will:
Manage end-to-end tender and quotation processes
Prepare structured and competitive tender material
Develop technical sales layouts in AutoCAD 2D
Configure solutions and maintain pricing in Microsoft Business Central
Support Sales Managers in customer meetings and technical clarifications
Coordinate internally with Engineering, Finance, and Production
Ensure solutions are delivered in the right quality, at the right time, and at the agreed price
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes
We imagine you have:
A technical education (Engineer, Marine Engineer, or similar technical background)
Experience working with AutoCAD 2D
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
The ability to manage multiple parallel tasks under deadlines
You thrive in a role with a broad stakeholder interface and take ownership of your deliverables.
