At Gram Equipment, we are looking for a structured and technically strong Internal Sales Engineer to join our Global Sales team in Kolding.

In this role, you will be at the center of our sales execution process — transforming customer requirements into technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. You will manage tender processes, prepare layouts, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure that our customers receive high-quality solutions delivered on time and at the right price.

As Internal Sales Engineer, you will work closely with Sales Managers, Engineering and Project Managers. You will play a key role in balancing technical feasibility, cost awareness, and delivery timelines — ensuring that every proposal supports both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end tender and quotation processes

  • Prepare structured and competitive tender material

  • Develop technical sales layouts in AutoCAD 2D

  • Configure solutions and maintain pricing in Microsoft Business Central

  • Support Sales Managers in customer meetings and technical clarifications

  • Coordinate internally with Engineering, Finance, and Production

  • Ensure solutions are delivered in the right quality, at the right time, and at the agreed price

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes


Your Profile

We imagine you have:

  • A technical education (Engineer, Marine Engineer, or similar technical background)

  • Experience working with AutoCAD 2D

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)

  • Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness

  • A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

  • The ability to manage multiple parallel tasks under deadlines

You thrive in a role with a broad stakeholder interface and take ownership of your deliverables.
