Is Your Coffee Excellent – and Your Service Even Better?
As a Barista, you will become an important part of a team of 20 colleagues. You will help ensure that the café functions as a natural meeting place in everyday work life – combining high quality, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your tasks will include:
Operating the register and serving in the café
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
Light food preparation and presentation
Receiving and ordering goods
Participating in food safety and self-inspection procedures
Delivering a service experience that brings guests back
Actively contributing to a positive café culture

You thrive around people and naturally contribute to a positive atmosphere. You are service-minded, approachable, and take responsibility in your daily work. You work in a structured way – even during busy periods – and step in where needed.

Speak and understand Danish or English
Are quality-conscious and detail-oriented
Work independently and in a disciplined manner
Are flexible and solution-oriented
Are eager to learn and grow together with your team
Experience as a barista or from a café/canteen is an advantage – but your attitude and engagement are what matter most.

We offer:
A full-time position (37 hours per week)
Working hours: Weekdays 07:00–15:00
Evenings and weekends off
