Assistant Professor of Social Psychology
  • Roskilde Universitet
  • Universitetsvej 1, 4000 Roskilde
Department of People & Technology, Roskilde University, invites applications for a position as assistant professor of social psychology from June 15, or as soon as possible thereafter. The position is limited to 3 years.

The position is affiliated with the research project The first 1000 days: Ambiguities of parental involvement, led by professor Pernille Juhl. The research project examines how early, preventive interventions in the lives of young children involve parents; which institutional conditions shape the possibilities for incorporating parental perspectives into collaborative practices; and how parents experience being involved in early preventive interventions. The aim of the project is to develop new theoretical understandings of collaboration that can also contribute to strengthening and advancing professional practice in family-oriented interventions.

The successful candidate will join the dynamic research group CHILD (children’s development, parenthood and early interventions) characterised by interdisciplinarity, and strong national and international collaborations.
