Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and recommended necessary enhancements.
Ensuring Vehicle Operation Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of vehicles Monitor vehicle performance during operation, promptly identifying and addressing any mechanical issues. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular maintenance and repairs for optimal vehicle performance.
Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including drivers, maintenance personnel, and management, to ensure a cohesive operational environment. Contribute insights and feedback in team meetings to address challenges and implement solutions.
