WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are a trained chef with at least 2 years of experience in busy and well-established restaurants
You are comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision and focus, and you remain detail-oriented even during routine operations.
You are confident working independently in the kitchen and able to manage shifts alone during low season
You work in a structured, disciplined, and consistent manner, and you understand the importance of kitchen systems and routines.
You take ownership of quality control, maintain high standards, and act with integrity and responsibility in your daily work.
You are comfortable working evenings, as we operate dinner service only
You are fluent in English

Main Responsibilities
Ensuring daily operations including prep, daily plans, inventory management, cooking, plating dishes etc.
Be an integral part of developing new dishes - we expect and support your creative initiatives!
Give guidance to kitchen assistants, ensuring food quality and service flow
Fellow and optimize the standard operational procedures
Ad hoc tasks in the kitchen
