"At Gram Equipment, I have shaped the company's direction and the projects related to it. I have had the chance to choose the projects that interested me. Many of the things I have learned in my studies, I have been able to apply to what I am doing at Gram Equipment, from engineering work to business understanding. I am actively involved in the strategy work, engineering practices and various digitalization tools. I use a lot of theoretical knowledge that I have acquired in my Engineering studies in relation to my daily work. My business background helped me understand how the business is working, and because the company foundation is at the technical aspect, my background has helped me identify its strengths and weaknesses very fast." - Rudy Mandrup Cazelles M.Sc.Eng Product Development and Innovation (SDU)
