Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager with expertise in Indian cuisine to lead our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both restaurant management and Indian culinary traditions, enabling effective communication with our chefs and ensuring the smooth operation of our Indian restaurant.



  1. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
  2. Collaborate closely with the chef team to understand the nuances of Indian cuisine, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
  3. Train and mentor front-of-house staff on Indian menu items, ingredients, and cultural aspects to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction, including special promotions, events, and personalized service.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and food costs, optimizing procurement practices to maintain profitability while ensuring the availability of authentic Indian ingredients.
  6. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and open communication among staff members.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a proactive and professional manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements at all times.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for training and development.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels, including social media, local events, and community partnerships.



  1. Previous experience working as a restaurant manager, preferably in an Indian cuisine-focused establishment.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  7. Familiarity with restaurant management software and basic accounting principles.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
