Retail Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
  • Les Deux
  • Raffinaderivej 10, 2300 København S

We're looking for a Retail Project Coordinator who enjoys creating structure, driving progress, and delivering great retail experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the retail scene and loves coordinating tasks and timelines to achieve results. You love bringing people together, are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by being part of a team that shares a passion for building something great together at Les Deux.

Our ambitions are big, and with our talented and passionate team, we know we can make them a reality.

Les Deux is built on three pillars: Entrepreneurship, Community, and Legacy.
We stay hungry: many dream of success, only a few go and make it happen.
We stay together: we’ve only got to where we are because of our people.
We stay humble: we give back through charitable projects.

This is a 6-month maternity cover position based at our Copenhagen HQ starting as soon as possible.
You will also travel depending on the project, as we are an international brand.

What you actually will be doing

  • Coordinate retail, SIS, showroom, pop-up, and store-related projects across markets (international)
  • Support store openings, updates, and activations by keeping timelines, deliveries, and stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate logistics, fixtures, retail materials, and project-related deliveries
  • Follow up with suppliers, external partners, landlords, and internal teams throughout project execution
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status overviews
  • Find plan B solutions when issues arise

What you bring to the table

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, retail operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured, proactive way of working. (Both in keeping the overview, and being hands-on)
  • Confidence and enjoy following up and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
  • The ability to stay calm, think in solutions, and keep a pleasant tone when things do not go as planned
  • Comfort working with several tasks, deadlines, deliveries, and shifting priorities at once
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A valid driving licence, as you will be on the go while coordinating projects

What success looks like

  • Projects move forward on time, with clear ownership and follow-up
  • Store openings, updates, and activations run smoothly because the details are coordinated in advance
  • Internal teams and external partners experience clear, helpful communication

What we offer

  • A workplace built on teamwork, good energy, and mutual support
  • A broad coordination role with exposure to Retail, Design, Sales, and Marketing
  • Daily work from our Copenhagen HQ, with flexibility and a culture built on trust
  • Competitive salary, training facilities, employee discounts, and regular team events
  • We also offer unbeatable staff-only prices on our clothes and accessories, team days and company events, good coffee and lunch, workout sessions and gym
