We are currently in search of a dynamic Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek an individual who is not only skilled in various aspects but is also customer-focused, contributing to the core values ​​of our organization.


  • Multitasking: Ability to seamlessly juggle daily administration, operational tasks, and sales inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the central point of contact for effective communication.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication, coupled with people management skills.
  • Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
  • Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A warm and interactive personality for effective client engagement.
  • Independence and Motivation: Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated, especially when working remotely.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, with a strong grasp of grammar (to be tested).
  • Creative Writing: Ability to engage in creative writing endeavours.


Operations and Administration:

  • Manage daily company communications through email and phone.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and organization of tours and related functions.
  • Assist in the management of daily operational activities.
  • Oversee the development of training materials for crucial tasks.
  • Maintain and oversee business software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various travel platforms.
  • Handle booking arrangements and manage client itineraries.


  • Coordinate schedules and manage documents and reports.
  • Respond to sales and customer inquiries to ensure high-quality support and an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide pre- and after-sales support.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and communication.
  • Enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Prepare and process quotations.
  • Conduct market research and report on results.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives when required.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and leads.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.
