Job Position: Industrial Painter / Metallization Technician

This position is for an Industrial Painter / Metallization Technician responsible for surface treatment and metallization of steel structures and components used in the oil & gas industry, offshore sector, energy industry, and wind turbine manufacturing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with abrasive blasting and surface treatment of steel structures.

• Experience with metallization / Thermal Spray processes is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of industrial painting and coating systems.

• Ability to read and follow technical specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Forklift or crane certification is an advantage but not required.

Work tasks:

• Metallization and Coating
  • Set up and operate thermal spray (metallization) equipment, spray guns, and automated coating systems.
  • Apply zinc, aluminum, or other metallic protective coatings according to applicable specifications and quality standards.
  • Must be able to work from a boom lift at heights ranging from 1 to 5 meters.
  • Experience with cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of wear parts on metallization equipment will be considered an advantage.
